God with us, the harvest is certain. As a department our vision is to have everyone in the fields core-laboring with God. We strive to be a benchmark of Total Member Involvement in the proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ embraced in the Three Angels’ Message, waiting for His Imminent return.
In Personal Ministries we value;
Spirit-led praying as seen in 1 Thes 5:17
Spirit-led fellowship as found in Mat 4: 19 and 1 Cor 1:9
Spirit-led Bible study as seen in 2 Tim 2:15
Spirit-led witnessing as found in Acts 1 :8

1. To facilitate revival and reformation in all churches in order to have a Christ like character.
* Praying groups.
* Bible Studying.
* Believe His prophets Bible reading.
2. To facilitate disciple making through prayer ministry, Bible Studying and Spirit of Prophecy, through small groups to equip members for evangelism.
3. To involve all members in all our churches to be centres of influence each member to fulfil the great commission.
Objectives
1. To have 100% of our members participating in soul winning.
2. To baptise 27 000 souls by year 2026.
3. To retain 70% baptised members.
4. Each small group to evangelise thoroughly their assigned territories – one member one soul.
5. Small groups to worship in their territories once / twice a month.
6. To train 60% of every church membership in witnessing and preaching.
7. Come and lets rest a while retreats – once a year.
8. Train Bible teachers and how to give bible study twice a year.
9. To hold big Sabbaths for the newly baptized members twice a year.
10. Special needs Big Sabbath once a year.
11. Special needs Camp meeting and campouts once a year.
12. To train members to sign language.
13. To hold a Conference wide evangelism summit in 2019.
