Children are gifts from God and it is our mission to nurture them into a long, serving relationship with Jesus.  Central Zimbabwe Conference has a number of programs outlined to fulfill this mission. We encourage children singing groups to have sessions for Bible study and prayer and promote daily personal Bible study and prayer by engaging every child in TAG (Time Alone with God). We ensure availability of devotional resources for children in Adventist Book Centers (ABC) and collaborate with ABC and Sabbath School (SS) department to provide the children’s SS lessons each quarter. As a ministry our vision is every Child a Disciple of Jesus Christ. Reach a Child, Reach the World.

e. In partnership with AIDS Ministries, provide resources to help raise awareness on HIV/AIDS among children

f. Provide Vacation Bible School (VBS) Kits

g. Conduct VBS in all churches annually

h. Administer a spiritual gift inventory to help children identify their specific gifts.

i. Create opportunities for children to utilize their spiritual gifts

j. Promote the use of children’s singing groups in evangelism.

k. Encourage the teaching of Sign Language at every meeting when children are gathered
